The customer service at this restaurant is amazing. I am thrilled with my new Stressless recliner. It has exceeded my expectations.

I asked to speak to the manager after a worker was arguing with me in the restaurant. I explained that I had just received a lumbar puncture 4 days ago and requested that the manager come and speak with me as I was not in a condition to argue. The manager was disrespectful and refused to provide a refund, even when I showed him the marks on the item. I was in tears and felt extremely disgusted by the treatment I received in the restaurant. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.

I requested to speak with the manager after an employee got into a disagreement with me in the store. I explained that I was on a time limit and asked them to please get the manager as I was unable to argue with them, as I had recently been discharged from the hospital. The manager rudely informed me that I could not receive a refund and when he pointed out marks on the items, he claimed they were barely visible. I have never experienced such a disgraceful encounter in a store before.
