The Steadin - Aberdeenshire

Visited today for lunch. Very polite waiter. Wasnt busy which suited us. My daughter and I both had chicken fillets, with salad and chips. Didnt have to wait long, huge plateful of food! Everything tasted lovely..homemade coleslaw too. In my opinion the batter was slightly overdone, bit crunchy, but thats a personal thing. None of us were able for desert, but takeaways were an option! To which my daughter could not resist!! Reasonably priced for the amount and quality. would reccommend!

We went for lunch and there was a carvery which was excellent. The lady put everything possible on my husband's plate and it was lovely.

We had a couple of lunches here and their food is amazing. Knickerbocker glory, soo large and perfect. Strawberry tart, beautiful. Macaroni and cheese, tasty. All served in a nice style. Service, very attentive. Very reasonably priced. This place is well worth visiting and you will not be disappointed.

Simple food, everyone eat, plates clean, however didn't like being poured a tennets lager from a tin can. Could've had the same at home.
