What a lovely place, door held open for myself and my partner, we are both on walking sticks. Sat nr the bar, ordered drinks whilst looking at the menu. Fantastic meals delivered to our table, piping hot cooked n seasoned perfectly. will definitely be back 5 star all the way thank you

Went a couple of weekends ago. The service was very average, but my food, and they way they dealt with my issue, was a disgrace. I ordered a medium cooked steak with no mushrooms. I was with friends and mine came out first, with mushrooms. Returned the steak, sent the same steak out, cut into it and it was cooked what can only be described as very well done. When I questioned how it was cooked they told me everyone has a different opinion on what a medium steak is.... this one looked like it has been cooked for three weeks! By the time they replaced the steak everyone had finished eating on my table. The rest of the food on the plate was of poor quality, blue cheese sauce was like water, or from frozen. When I complained they had no sympathy and kept comparing themselves to Wetherspoons. When you pay nearly £20 for a steak, I’d expect a lot better quality of service, and food than Weatherspoons. It might just do them a favour by visting one, at least they have some food with taste. Very very disappointed and made what should have been a lovely afternoon out a dire one....

Had a lovely Valentine's day here with my husband, reasonable priced food and drinks, great taste, Very helpful staff. Plus there s live music after 9 which just made our day...

Just been for Christmas Dinner the food was amazing and the staff were lovely. Couldn't fault any of it would definitely recommend DPL to anyone. Thanks to everybody working today we had a great time x

Absolutely brilliant! had my Christmas gindig at dpl tonight, my whole party loved eating, personal was friendly and attentive too. I can't blame the place at all. will return regularly! many thanks dpl for a great evening.
