Burger King - Abilene

We had waited in a line only 2 cooks we had asked for bbq sauce and the cashier had said for what and my mom said for the fries and he had said sorry we’re gonna have to charge you for that

This place is usually ok and no complaints on the food. But one particular female employee smelled so bad I could smell her walking by. She had just come back from break and note she did not wash her hands and went right to work . I didn't notice the booth she was sitting in and it just so happened I picked that booth and as soon as I sat down I could smell her there. It was so bad. Most places of employment require a person to at least be clean. I lost my appetite and lost out on money. Update 2 years later and this is what Abilene is pulling up to at BK on 1st. I would definitely not eat at this location when visiting Abilene.

We ordered 2 Whopper meals and it took 30 minutes to get them! They said Whoppers require fresh cooked special beef. Meanwhile they were closing early for Christmas! And while they were cooking our burgers they kept looking at us like they wish we'd leave! Never going back there again!

This place blows my mind. They can't hear, spell or get orders right every time I've been here. I think 3 brain cells is over qualified to work here.

The restaurant is nice and clean, and the restrooms are well-maintained. The checkout experience was very friendly. Although the staff member forgot to place my sandwich order, she proactively informed the kitchen before confirming it with me to ensure everything was correct. I appreciated that attention to detail.
