Feedback gevenOur amazing waiter went out of his way to make sure our service was super. tonight after a day of feeling krumm, covid was negatiw, we decided to go to eat. after a short wait we were greeted by the most outgoing and friendly waiter. he also looked extremely exhausted. we offered him a place while we discussed our ordering. there was something about him that told us we had an excellent service today. our drinks came together with our chips. he table has reviewed any chance he could, he was busy staying on all his tables and if he forgot something he talked to the table to calm down that they would get it. a food drinker brought our food. we have settled with our meal and there was something that I know about. our service came by to check, and this is when I knew that his customer service and restaurant skills were over par. he examined my plate, looked at me and quickly without scene or word removed the plate as quickly as it was placed. he came back so embarrassing and apologetic. he sat next to me and quietly apologised and explained that our meal was composed, we explained he did not need to do that only my meal was influenced. he said the manager insisted. during the time between my meal and coming back to him, the server asked loudly what happened and whether there was something in it. we wanted to make him lower his vote, not to cause a problem with the other guests. he didn't get the note. we told the manager that when she changed us to make sure we left our excellent waiter a tipp. She said she'd deal with it too. as our waiter, I wish I had his name. we told him how amazing he was and we could see that he was exhausted. we gave him his tipp and I swear he was drinking in his eyes. He told us we don't need this. he told us he worked three jobs! I asked him what he did and one of his jobs is for new horizons in the audrey grace house. I told him I was a casa and we talked about the children. I told him they were lucky to have him because he's just a good person. he also supplies for walmart. he tries to pay his way to become a lawyer at the university and finally a judge. I know in today's society that the food industry was heavily influenced by covid. most places are short, constantly changing staff and low work within. I also know that customers have lost their ability to be patient and friendly. tonight was an example of understanding and geduld at a place that tried to meet the demand of its customers, but want to do it right. as I showed up here and adapted my meal, I decided to come with the positive and friendliness. I hope that the young man who took care of us fulfills his goal. his personality is really sung with me, he wants to stay busy.
I never had a bad experience here. come Monday to Friday and sit in the bar with matthew during the weekday. he'll take care of you!
After a long day on the road we wanted to stop and get a bite before we go home. the thirty minutes waiting was not worth it. I ordered the triple Dipper...Southwest eggrolls, boneless buffalo wings and honey chipotle crispers. the food was cold, they did not cut the egg rolls, they did not sown the boneless wings with buffalo sauce, and the scratches were gumy. then I saw how a worker rubs his nose, then they go to finish making a drink for a hospitable. I love chili. I have loved it since 1994, but this is the worst experience I have ever experienced and will probably end my relationship to the brand. extremely disappointed.
I had the sirloin steak and loaded kartoffels and the taste was great. my partner had the combination fajita and loved it. the waiting period was long due to personal lack. the total service was good.
Ordered take out and everything went smoothly until I paid and needed change returned. I got a little confused with the process because the young man rang my order up and I paid then he asked if I wanted my change I replied with well of course I mean it was over 6 bucks anyways, it took me over ten minutes to get my change due to having to find a manager to use her card and open the register to distribute money. Idk I feel there needs to be a better way for employees to be able to distribute cash to customers. All in all, the people were great. food was great. I was satisfied for the most part.
