Cypress Street Station - Abilene

The portions were small and the dishes lacked seasoning. While the food was cooked properly, it was mostly bland. One of the spicy options even tasted like Thousand Island dressing. On the positive side, the service and atmosphere were both enjoyable. However, many of the dishes are not in the reported $10-20 range. I wouldn't choose to dine here unless I had a gift card.

Rebecca is fantastic! She's friendly and very accommodating, making the experience truly enjoyable. The restaurant was spotless, the service was excellent, and the meatloaf burger, coleslaw, and house-made chips were delicious!

The building of this restaurant is a really neat, old building with original brick and metal ceilings. The service was really good and so was the food. The food was overpriced for the presentation. It tasted good but I was underwhelmed as it arrived at the table. I would recommend giving Cypress Street a try.

We went to cypress st to celebrate the birthday of my daughter-in-law. eating from starters to dessert was spectacular. Our server was knowledgeable, committed and delivered excellent services, including not charging me for a design by ipa, because it was at the end of the barrel and was just shy of a full glass. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I will return to the future for many excellent meals and highly recommend this stylish facility.

Excellent service, but disappointed by the food. I ordered the fish and chips and should know better. if in texas order a steak and not fish, especially here. the fish was more like fish sticks from a box. throw this fish back. too small in taste!
