Feedback gevenI recently placed a pickup order through the app, but only noticed that it was wrong once I arrived at home. Both my wife and I spoke with them on the phone and again in the store, but even with all of that, they were still not able to get the order right.They continued to ask questions even as the original order was being remade. It was on the ticket for the original order, whichthey seem to either be in capable of reading or refuse to do so! Either the employees here are lazy, incompetent, or spiteful.Regardless, I will be making DAMN sure my order is correct before I leave the restaurant. You should too!
Excellent fresh food . Nice Kids menu. Kind staff . Large selection of drinks and chips ????. Would return !
As much as I like subs I was really disappointed steak and cheese was more bread than meat the mustard had a good flavor but there was too much and it was overpowering. The chicken dumpling soup was mostly broth very little dumpling. Brisket sub wastasty. Macaroni was good. The restaurant itself wasn't very clean floors were dirty. The restroom wasn't clean either. Plenty ofstaff but the overall feeling of the dine- in experience wasn't inviting. I most likely won't be returning.
In my travels I hit a lot of sandwich shops as alternatives to way too many burgers or chicken sandwiches. However, I have to honestly say I was not impressed. While the flavor profile of my choice was almost identical to other less expensive sandwicheshop, I was taken aback by how little filling was in the sandwiches. The meat did not even cover the width or length of thesandwich. I'm guessing I must have had two to three small bites that were simply bread, some dressing and a few flakes oftopping and it wasn't even a small, I got the medium. It was like they give you the same meat as a small in a medium roll withmore toppings. Very disappointing. I'm going back to Subway for basic sandwiches and Cheese Steak shops for that got to havebeef sandwich. Actually, even Arby's piles on the meat for less
I don?t eat here often bc I seem to always have a bad experience?. I?m tired of wasting my money and them wasting their excuses? Apparently according to the manager on duty cooperate has suggested they almost burn their bread to the point u can hardly chewit? and the fact that they completely left out the parts of the order that didn?t include burnt sandwiches that were throwntogether and all over the boxes? I have to go in store to get fixed? Will NEVER eat there again?. 3rd time is a charm for me?
