Feedback gevenWe sat for an hour, hardly dealt with our waitress, and when we asked for our food to go, because it took so long, the food was cold, and it wasn't correct. I get it, it was late breakfast early lunch, but if our waitress was paying attention to the orders, our order would've been correct, hot, and to us in a timely manner. Our food had been sitting on the line ready for at least twenty minutes when I asked for our food to go.
Horrible dining experience. There was only 1 table seated when we got there. Hostess asked where we wanted to sit I told her, but she kept trying to sit me somewhere else. After about 20 minutes a waitress finally took our order. Food came out pretty fast, but the quality was very poor. A cook came from the back and was complaining about pay. My time was wasted there, and I don't get much free time because of work so it's valuable to me
Do these employees obtain any type of training? Byron is by far the most unprofessional human I have ever met it is disgusting how you run your establishment and how your employees act. Why are your pan cakes dark brown

We came from Cracker Barrel for bad seating. When we came here, your employees seemed to be understaffed, but they worked very hard to take care of us. Service was very good, another employee seemed to appear after our order. You should be proud of your staff, in the way they progressed, to take care of around 15 people with 2 employees. Cook helped take orders, I will definitely be back.
