So I’ve been three times(once with my little sister and cousin and the other two times with my grandma and my little sister) and I’d have to say that the last two times I’ve been were just amazing customer service wise. I got nachos and they were pretty good and is now one of the few places I’ll get nachos at. They are extremely kind when you go. The first time I went had different people working there(right before we couldn’t go anywhere because of covid)and they seemed cold almost. My little sister is like the pickiest person ever and they were very nice about it; sometimes when we go to places they get kinda irritated with us because we’re both extremely shy and soft spoken not that that is bad it’s not. I would get irritated too lol. Anyway let me just get to chase… the foods good, people are nice, and I’m definitely going back. The only thing I’d have to say is that I don’t like the sauce choices you get for your chip but that’s MY opinion and I’m extremely picky when it comes to sauces. P.S. The best customer service I’ve ever had in my 15 years lol

This place has really improved in the past 5 years. We moved from a town that had a Sharkeys and it was excellent. This one wasn't very well ran in the beginning. Currently it is very good and the service is excellent.

The staff really needs to be retrained. They were instantly rude and made our burritos very messily. They gave us old dry chicken and the tortilla was put on the warming pad for two seconds. Everything got cold while eating. Will never eat at this place again.
