Feedback gevenGreat staff. Recently rebuilt and service has been very slow since then. Waiting times during the trip thru had more than tripled and soil in coffee. Does something have to change?
It is disappointing if the employees are not ready or do not show customer service upgrade. I, if it was to redeem a voucher, but they won't take because it belonged to the store a mile on the street.
Coffee is decent, donuts could be better, employees love my family, but the guys knock me out. I'm 14.
I get my morning coffee here daily. They are fast and efficient, and theyre never out of things like the other locations in my area.
Today, I had placed an order online to pick up, but since I was late for work, I did not get a chance to pick it up, so I called in asking for a refund; however, the lady responded with, ?No I don?t want to give you a refund,? and rejected my proposal when I asked if she could give us a number to call customer service. I called again and explained to her that I could get a refund since I paid with card, and she put me on the line with someone else; in which, they continued to give me an attitude, putting me on hold and hung up. I called the third time speaking with a man. He was kind enough to offer to redo my order tomorrow as long as I had the receipt, so I appreciate his cooperation.
