Papa Johns Pizza - Abingdon

The staff at Papa John's in Abingdon, VA does an excellent job that we felt the need to show our gratitude. The food is always delicious, so thank you. However, it is disappointing that the call-in service, which is outsourced, is terrible. This is a disservice to the dedicated employees in our community. The call-in agents do not understand our orders and constantly try to sell us other items. It is frustrating that we have to wait until we arrive at the restaurant to place our order.

Consistently excellent pizza and prompt delivery service. The drivers are always courteous and professional.

Sorry not accepted! ? papa john’s advertises a delicious pizza, but does not deliver on this promise. and if they complain that their pizza was not better than a cheap frozen pizza from a grocery store, everything they do is email them a prewritten apology. papa john’s has lost another customer due poor quality and poor customer service, from now on I will order all my pizza from pizza hut!

I placed the order on the line and did not receive my order. I called and the recording said my order was complete and delivery time would be 1 minute. 30 minutes later I called back and got the same shot. I then went through the call center and they connected me to the papa johns store on voluntary parkway Bristol,Tennessee. I spoke to Donna and she was very rude and could have done less to make my order lost. I know that the things were happening and my order was lost, but donna was saying that she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do, was terrible and hesitant. I will not order from papa john again!

Usually PJ knocks it out of the park for us but this particular location was disappointing. Ordered cheese bread and it hardly had any cheese on it and it tasted super dried out and old. We also did not get the sauce we ordered.
