I think that Domino's pizza should consider adding vegan options to their menu, impossible meat, vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni, and vegan pizza crust options so that way others can keep coming back to dominos.
I have had it with this Domino's. I have given this location many chances, and they have fallen short each and every time. Tonight, my husband and I were in the mood for some Domino's. We were extremely hesitant (due to many issues in the past), but we decided to give it a chance anyway. This is the restaurant closest to our house, so it seems that is the only one we are able to get Delivery from. We ordered with the $6.99 each special. We asked for one plain pizza with extra tomato sauce, a pizza with Philly steak bacon, honey barbecue sauce, and shredded provolone cheese, one marinara dipping cup, 2 Honey BBQ dipping cups, an order of Sweet BBQ Bacon chicken, a 20 ounce bottle of Coke, and a 20 ounce bottle of Sprite. Within 20 minutes or so, our order arrived. We initially wanted contactless delivery, and wrote instructions to please leave the food at the door. However, the delivery driver rang the doorbell and waited for us to answer the door. Usually, the boxes are marked with the customer's name on the side, so that the driver can tell which items belong to which person. None of the boxes were marked whatsoever, so I think you can see where this is going..... As we opened our food, we saw 2 Sweet Mango Habanaro sauces, a pizza with half sausage and half pepperoni, and another pizza with half pepperoni and half Philly steak (or potentially mushroom, honestly I can't even tell what it is). In addition, they gave me a Diet Coke instead of a regular Coke. The only thing that they DID get right was the Marinara cup, the bottle of Sprite, and the order of barbecue chicken bites. I call the restaurant to let them know that almost the entire order was wrong. The employee kept asking me for my order number. I told him that I will have to check my email, and in the meantime, provided him with my name to see if that would be helpful in finding the order. The employee gave a little bit of attitude and insisted that he needed the order number. Once I found it, he repeated back my order and then again asked me what the problem was. I told him again that almost everything in the order was incorrect. He informed my husband and I that a driver will be back out with our food, and that we need to hand him back all of the food. I'm fine with this, whatever, but I hope that they do not reuse that food and give it to someone else. At the same time, it'll be a waste if it's thrown out by the restaurant. In the year 2023, after a world wide pandemic, you would think that they would let the customer keep the food, but I digress..... Around 40 minutes later, the delivery driver comes back again, and was about to leave the food on the steps, but my husband decided to open the door to meet him. We hand him back the old food, and take the new boxes from his hand. As we open our new boxes, I see two HABANARO SAUCES AGAIN AND ANOTHER DIET COKE, AGAIN..... I immediately start RIPPING the boxes open to ensure that the food is correct, or I was going to run back out to the driver to let him know it was incorrect again. Thankfully, when I opened the two pizza boxes this time around, the pizzas were in fact correct. I was disappointed that the sauces (that you HAVE TO PAY FOR) as well as my drink were incorrect TWICE IN A ROW, but I wasn't about to make a fuss again over that. Looking at my Diet Coke bottle, I'm just now realizing the expiration date is literally next month..... I know that the product is still good, but you'd think I'd be given a fresher soda than one that expires in the next month..... but perhaps that's just me being nitpicky after everything else that went wrong earlier... My husband and I are DONE with Domino's (or at least this location).
This review has a couple of parts. The staff. When I got there, an employee was outside on the phone talking about his legal issues. I went inside. Nobody realized that i had walked in to pick up my food for about 5-10 minutes. I heard them asking each other where the other employee was, cause they were busy and behind. In the almost 30 minutes that I was there, the employee outside never came back inside the store. While I was waiting, a woman came inside carrying a pizza that they messed up. A box of food fell off the rack onto the floor. The food didn't fall out of the box, but the box did open upside-down. They just picked up the boxes and put them back on the rack. The food. If I were just getting pizza the rating may be a little bit higher. I ordered a couple of sandwiches and wings as well. The sandwiches were very greasy and looked thrown together. The wings. They told me they didn't have the garlic parm wings only barbecue. After someone back and forth of me telling them that I didn't order or want barbecue, they magically were able to make the garlic parm. The food was horrible. My kids didn't even want to eat it, just on looks alone. They really need to get their staff in order, and maybe it wouldn't have been so bad. I'll order from here again just to see if things have improved, but maybe only the pizza. Around here, there are a dozen pizza parlors to get food from. They really need to work on everything.
Nice clean store you can watch your food being prepared. Friendly helpful staff
