Feedback gevenWe made an online (order #96) at 6:15 pm on Saturday 1/20/2024. The app said it would be 45 minutes to an hour for delivery of two large cheese pizzas. I called at bout 7:30 to inquire where they were, “will be about 10 minutes”. The pizzas arrived at 8:15 pm, cold and had to be reheated. Not sure what’s happening at Pizzings. Their pizzas and quick delivery used to be awesome but not any more. They always seem to arrive hours late but we wanted to give them a fair shot and try again. Won’t be ordering again in the future.
Wings are great. Pizza is ok. Fries are always severely undercooked, even when you ask for well done. I always have to finish cooking them in my air fryer at home, and yes I would call back to inform the staff every time about the issue. They had the same problem at holbrook, which now goes by a different name. This isn 't a negative review by any means, undercooked fries isn 't a deal breaker, but if you wanna take it that way that 's fine I guess. As a business owner providing a service, your only response to this review should be we apologize for the inconvenience, please allow us another opportunity to provide the quality of service you as a paying customer expects .We are a family of 5, and every week we order from you, spending well over $100 every time for something I could easily do at home for half the cost.If you like our money, we need to like your product.
Buffalo mozzarella sticks are amazing!Chicken wings are the bomb. Would eat here every night if I could!
Got takeout on NYE. I knew it was going to be busy and that’s fine, so i went in to pick up my food well after the half hour I was quoted at. Two employees made eye contact with me and yet no one greeted me or said anything for a full 5 minutes. And tbh no one was really rushing around doing anything and the kitchen was strangely quiet, giving the sense that there isn’t a lot of teamwork going on. I was finally greeted by a young girl in a mesh crop top with a clearly visible bra showing through. She didn’t greet me just asked what I was “here for”?? to get food?? Anyway, she rang me up and then didn’t give me my food, nor tell me if/when it would be ready. Just promptly moved on to another gentleman and rang him up/gave him his food. I stood there for another few minutes until another employee asked what I was waiting for. Turns out the wings were all set and sitting about two feet away from the young woman…Keeping that experience in mind just GETTING the food, I was once again confused and disappointed eating the food. We got a few different kinds of wings and all of them were over cooked, under seasoned, and tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. I’ll give them credit though, the gold rush/fever(? flavor was very tasty but they were stingy with it!Maybe this was a bad night for them or something but I still wouldn’t recommend going there purely based on customer service. Plenty of better options within 2 miles
This place is not consistent. The buffalo chicken calzone used to be the best around, not anywhere near as tasty as it used to be unfortunately.
