Dunkin' Donuts - Aboite

Love this place! I just wished they had some Keto options. This new kid at the counter named Dresden was very professional, friendly, and helpful!!!

We been coming here a lot since it is around the neighborhood. Donuts run out quick so be early, else had to choose less famous ones. I would say that Service are getting better. Employees are much nicer than most review I saw, So don't get discourage.

I get to the ordering screen Can I help you Me: Im sorry what? Can I help you My thoughts: is that ever how you should greet a customer? I knew already this was gonna be a ratchet morning for these ppl. The teenagers are the real adults at this location and when they are back in school it goes to the dumpster for politeness, food quality, all of that. This dunkin is disappointing and corporate really needs to get involved

Ordered a drink on the menu and employee stated they don't offer it now. I ordered a second drink and was met with the same response. Not sure why they are advertising products that are no longer offered. Total was different from the order screen then at the window. Employee making food had very long hair and wasn't wearing a hair net. Employee also wore the same gloves while prepping food, entered an order, took my payment, and then went back to food prep. The store manager called me and was so rude concerning the entire experience. Prior recent reviews mention hair in food so it appears this has been an ongoing issue.

Lady at the window was nice but how do you serve a medium latte that’s not even full. Also found a hair in the donut.
