Fazoli's - Aboite

Fazoli's on Convington Road is so dirty! My shoes stuck to the floor! Tables were sticky! Couldn't even use the trash cans. When we walked in, the employees were having a disagreement. Looked like the employee didn't want to do her job, so she was arguing with the manager. Food was mediocre. Do not recommend.

I went through the drive-thru. I ordered 2 of the Pick 2 Special meals. #1 was double Fettuccine Alfredo. #2 was Fettuccine Alfredo and salad with ranch. I get to the nursing home to visit my friend and bring her lunch and his salad is missing! Now I 'm on the other side of town with half of his meal that he has been looking forward to and when you have someone with special needs, they don 't care why it 's missing, they just care that it IS!!

My husband and I love Fazoli’s. We came on a Friday night. I understand being short staffed, but when almost every table is covered in dirty napkins and dishes, and we have to wait over 40 minutes for our food, I just cannot leave more than 2 stars—and I feel like I am being generous with that. I do have to say, Destiny was wonderful and she tried to make things right and apologized profusely. Maybe if she was running things, things would be better.

I ordered $40 worth of food that I had to trash it made me sick to my stomach, first of all I waited which I don't mind but the dishes had very little sauce, I ordered the sampler the spicy baked ziti, spaghetti with marinara sauce, spaghetti and meatballs barely any sauce on all the noodles. This was my first and last time eating there. Imagine a plate full of noodles with a couple tablespoons of sauce. The person who took my order messed it up and then shrugged her shoulders. I will never eat there again and DONT RECOMMEND. $40 IN THE TRASH cause that's how it tasted.

Food was disgusting. The meat balls had a horrible smell. We did not eat it. Noodles were hard. Bread sticks were burnt. The staff seemed like they were all on drugs. Never going here again.
