Tori No Su - Abu Dhabi

Excellent evening dinner, atmosphere, service. while on the expensive side (approx. aed 1000 for my wife and I) it was worth for a special occasion. the personal was very attentive and made the experience extra special (high-time anniversary). the food was of the best quality and they have an extensive selection of sake.

Love the modern Japanese vibe. Tasty and fresh sushi and maki rolls

Fairly upmarket and pricey establishment, with really nice contemporary decor. Very polished and warm service staff. Menu items are a little pricey considering small serving portions. Quality is good though authenticity to Japanese dishes is still some way off.

Wonderful vibe, music and atmosphere. Our large group chose a variety of starters and main courses; overall food was poor and some or our party were served mains at the same time as others received starters. Waitresses in T shirts that looked like they’ve never seen an iron and service either so slow we could’ve got up and cooked it ourselves or so frantic we had the feeling we were being pushed out the door. Did the fact that we didn’t order alcohol have anything to do with it? Yes, I’m sure it did. This restaurant seems to cater for diners who enjoy their ‘tipple’ and aren’t too bothered about the quality of food or service.

Dull atmosphere for a Saturday night. Food was subpar and not a lot of variety. Also, some menu item prices are simply not justifiable. Service was great though and staff is welcoming.
