One thing I enjoyed about this restaurant was their 24-hour service, and the food was pretty good, especially the grilled chicken burger which tasted like chicken shawarma. However, the beef burger could use some improvement. I have only given it 2 stars due to poor hygiene and cleanliness, as well as extremely terrible customer service. When we arrived, we were not welcomed and had to wait for the menu. The table we chose was dirty, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. The waitress seemed to be unaware of the mess and only took away an empty bottle without wiping the table. The restroom was also dirty with a strange smell, causing me to leave immediately. I do not plan on returning to this place anytime soon. It seems that most customers prefer delivery orders, but I will not be ordering because of the questionable food hygiene. I am curious about the management team's practices and training methods.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a quick, flavorful meal, as well as a variety of teas, coffees, and juices.

It is as the name infers. Downtown Takeaway knows what it is and delivers on what it promises. Go in take your food and go home, but if you do want to stay, it can be a fun time with friends, especially at night.
