This is a family owned business located on Horacio Nelson in the Costa Azul area. (It is in the Plaza where Mother Hubbards is located). The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and air conditioned. However, there are also tables with very nice umbrella's located outside, on their patio. We dined there in February and at that time they had only been open a few months. The menu was in spanish (they were still waiting for their english menus) and unfortunately our spanish is limited. The manager, Armando, was extremely helpful by coming to our table and explaining the entire menu to us. The menu is quite diversified including recipies from Spain, traditional lobster and steak entrees, pasta and family recipies from the owner. They serve home-made bread with a seasoned butter that was very good. Their soup, salad and other appetizers looked very appealing. We each ordered a steak and the quality of the steak was outstanding, along with a baked potato and vegetables. We were also told by the manager that if there was something we wanted that was not on the menu they would gladly prepare it for us if they had the ingredients on hand. We truly enjoyed our dining experience at "Capriccio" and will definately return several times in 2015 in January and February while in Acapulco.
