L'esagono - ACI CASTELLO

This must have been the worst service I have ever received. After 2 hours waiting the food had still not arrived it took them 1 hour to take the order after we kept asking the waiter and manager to take the order). Then after another hour, our food was still not there and there was no apology or anything. Every time we asked where our food was we were just told it will come.....and we were clearly dismissed. We felt so insulted that of course we had to leave. I can’t believe a restaurant will treat customers like this. Awful awful awful

Unfortunately I have to confirm everything that is written in the bad comments. Although the food is good, the waiting time is just not acceptable. I think somebody should buy this place and make it better, because there is a wonderful sea in front for the probably worst service in the history of restaurants. I am writing this comment in English because local people will soon discover to not go to such a place and turists must not enter this place.

Very good restaurant over the sea. You can eat inside or outside facing the sea. The meal are good and well presented. Is Italian style restaurant with very modern furniture. The price is normal for a bottle of water , spaghetti ai ricci and a coffee is 20€. I suggest to go there very nice place.

Unfortunately visited when there were two large and separate family groups and, as may be expected, little attention was given to other diners. The service was slow, parts of the order were forgotten, and in comparison with other similar restaurants it was more expensive.

If is wasnt for this restaurant we would have starved in aci castello. Stayed in the Baia Verde and the menu there was awful this restaurant was a gem to find, staff are excellent
