I love Sicilian cuisine and I recognize the professionalism of the restaurants always at work to offer quality dishes. I like to vary and try the rewarded premises for the goodness of their dishes, so tonight I have eaten my dinner at the wheat. the place is open in a square in the center of acireale, it looks essential, cozy and a little rustic, the staff showed kind and we were served with acceptable waiting times. the menu is very rich and I had the embarrassment of choice because the dishes are original and imaginative. I ate two very good masculine oranges and the pizza rye with ingredients such as sauteed rye, the ragusano fior of milk, the dried tomatoes, the pine nuts, the black olives . I attach the photo) the local gives the possibility to choose different dough , I chose the Sicilian dough that is made with the precious ancient russello wheat.
