Mcdonald's - Acton

I went to give my order to the person at register. Food was out with in 7 min. Cooked fresh.

Pretty prompt service, although I was disappointed with my single cheeseburger as it was assembled and half the beef patty was wrapped over the top of the bun.

Worst McDonald's by far. Errors and missing items in delivery orders just lead you down a dark hole of inadequate customer service by employees that don't speak English and then rudely hang up on you in the middle of a conversation. Now I know why people think McDonald's has gone down the tubes of late. Horrible service with no possible resolutions in sight. Done

Never been to a fast food place where it took 20+ minutes for a pick up order (this is normal for this location ??‍ . Ordered breakfast at 10:00am , went to pick it up at 10:30 and they cancelled my order when I got there. Management seemed annoyed to have to make my order for me I was overcharged. Overall, this location is absolute trash and the employees are nothing short of useless. Spend your money elsewhere on quality food with better customer service.

Was passing through the area. One of the BEST mcdonalds ive been too in Mass! Hands down, lightning fast when i went in and they didnt make the food sloppy. It was fresh. People saying otherwise probably havent gone to other locations, Keep up the great work!
