Feedback gevenI have to say, I was a bit let down by the fruit and yogurt cup I had this morning. It appears to be getting smaller and had barely any fruit for nearly $5. On a positive note, the atmosphere was ideal for some quiet time with my book.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this Chick-fil-A has repeatedly disappointed me. Each time I place an order, the fries are never filled properly. I'm not looking for overflowing boxes, but they aren't even half full.
I had a procedure yesterday and accidentally left my wallet with my driver. I didn't realize it until I got to the drive-thru this morning to grab breakfast before work. I was about to leave the line, but the kind young man who took my order ended up paying for my breakfast. Such a small gesture meant so much to me. I didn’t catch his name, but thank you!!!
My husband and I took our special needs friend to dinner here. The staff was absurdly kind and patient with my friend as he ordered and paid for his own meal. They were also great enough to hold off on making his milkshake until he was finished withhis meal. The tables were freshly cleaned. I could tell because there was still disinfectant drying on the seats when we wentto sit down. The food was delicious, as always, and they gave us plenty of sauces. I find generous sauce givers to be a raritynowadays.
I normally brag on Chick-fil-A restaurants, but not anymore. The service is terrible especially with the general managers. I talked with Hunter. He did not care that they had sold me a spicy southwest chicken salad without the chicken or salad dressing.They gave me lettuce and one cherry tomato. We were given the wrong number to customer care twice. One was a scam number thatwanted our credit card number to send out a gift certificate. They are aware of customers dialing this wrong number but this isthe number that was given to us. What if we didn?t know better and had given out the number. We had Mattie to repeat the numberto make sure we were dialing the correct number because she gave us a emergency medic alert company the first time. That wastwo hands that touched my order that forgot the chicken and another one that forgot the dressing but I am loss because of theemployees
