This place needs a total revamp. The chicken has lost its flare

The drive-thru is broken here and the drive-thru staff seem to have an attitude about taking orders at the window. The meal I ordered was delicious however I noticed that some of the coleslaw I was going bad. I will also include that I received my order in an adequate amount of time as well.

Chicken, coating dark, dried out, also believed pcs were small, no white meat, 12 PC. Meal $40.27 is definitely overpriced. I was extremely disappointed. I am not looking for anything, a discount or refund. At some time, I may try again, but this happened on the last visit also. Ticket #4126

I went in this restaurant to order takeout. Nothing special, a pot pie and a 3 piece meal. Got told no white meat was available and they were over an hour from closing but didn’t offer to cook anything. Then the two black gentlemen proceeded to get an attitude about everything. I was trying to make something that was available work but they both had attitude and were the most unprofessional people I have ever seen at a KFC. I was suspicious when I saw a 1.5star rating on yelp but I’m sure that staff has much to do with that. To the owners of this store you totally deserve the poor ratings for allowing this kind of personal to operate your store. I heard som white racial slurs as I was leaving. Guess they don’t like white people. I have been a loyal customer of kfc for decades. I will never go in this restaurant again however. Get your priorities straight and serve all customers fairly. I’m going to post this review to all friends and family members. By the way I’m not a hothead kid, I’m 65 years old and am shocked this kind of behavior is tolerated by any business owner. Doubt what I’m saying, review your cameras from Sunday about 9:00 pm This restaurant is sure to fail if this kind of interaction is allowed. Thanks for reading and good luck in the future.
