Feedback gevenIf you want missed orders and rude service, come on over. Whatever the face of customer service is, these guys are the complete opposite. It’s not hard to listen to what your customers are saying, nor is it hard to read the words on the screen. I’ll be driving to the one on Cobb Parkway if I want McDonald’s again, this location hires terrible employees.
Workers never came to take our order at the front. We waited for five minutes before giving up and trying to do the self order. It was very confusing and was a slow process to complete.
Always a good McDonald’s. Never tell you that their machine is down like some others always seem to say.
I stopped for just a large fry lord at the prices. But that isn't my complaint. Large fry was $4.23. I gave the girl at the first window a $10.00 . She gave me back $5.75 .When I got to the second window I asked the girl to go back and get my pennies. Now before you go nuts it is just 2 pennies. But if they do this to 300 people a day and if you add this up then it is over 2k a year. Now they should at least tell you they don't have change and let you decide if you want to just give them the pennies.
