Exceptional customer service! Food: 5 stars Service: 5 stars Atmosphere: 5 stars.

Avoid this place! The "order ahead" option is meaningless—you can expect to wait at least an additional 20-30 minutes (and we always order conservatively). They are severely understaffed and extremely slow (think of the sloth scene at the DMV in Zootopia). They seem to prioritize walk-ins, as we saw people who arrived after us getting served first. This review is based on two separate road trip visits a year apart, and both experiences were just as frustrating. I’ve lowered my rating to one star because our sandwiches were made incorrectly. Never coming back again.

After a very long day of traveling in a U-Haul across the country, I stopped here for some much needed food and Haley made my order perfectly and was incredibly kind during the process! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped for dinner during our road trip at 5:30 PM. I was surprised to find out they had run out of bread, so I couldn't even get a sandwich. It's hard to believe a Subway would be out of bread. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 1 out of 5.

Stopped to pick up a sandwich on our road trip. We may have encountered the same female employee others have mentioned. She was on her phone as we entered and greeted her no answer, just a blank stare. Said hello again and she still didn 't answer but came to assist us. Everything was very repetitive and she seemed to have a hard time understanding very simple conversation. We said we wanted lettuce for example. She then asked, without looking at us, What do you want on your sandwich? This continued throughout the entire sandwich making process. We almost walked out a few times it was so annoying. I don 't think she could handle having more than one customer in the store at a time. She didn 't seem to know that a 12 inch sandwich was the same as a footlong! This experience was definitely NOT up to normal Subway standards.
