The service was attentive, the prices were reasonable, and the food was satisfying—not outstanding, but certainly well-made. The atmosphere was lovely, and surprisingly it wasn’t too busy for a Thursday night. If I lived nearby, I would definitely become a regular since it far surpasses the chain restaurants just down the street. I ordered the Neapolitan Ragu along with one of the mini salads.
A couple opened this charming little restaurant a year ago. I'm from Minnesota and was traveling with a group from all over the US. We were in search of a great place that could accommodate nine people, and all of us agree that this restaurant is a hidden gem in Adairsville. The owner is from Sicily, and they prepare all their own desserts. Every one of us finished our plates, and the lasagna was both unique and fantastic! The service, provided by the owner's wife, was excellent, and the restaurant is located right in the heart of downtown. We all voted, and the Tiramisu was voted the best dessert!
We were looking for a great dining spot between Atlanta and Chattanooga to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and this restaurant truly surpassed our expectations! The service was fast and friendly, as it is a family-run business, and the food was incredibly fresh. My husband tried the full-sized lasagna and said he could easily go for another serving—it was that delicious! I opted for the kale ravioli in pomodoro sauce, and it was delightful with just the right kick of spice. Even my picky eater devoured the meatballs and an entire order of cheese ravioli. The only downside is that the restaurant is quite a long way from home!
I've been to this restaurant many times, and each visit greets me with the family's warmth and charm, as well as their consistently delicious Italian dishes. This makes it a fantastic choice every time. It's situated in the lovely and charming Downtown Adairsville area. Buon Appetito!
We arrived around 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday and were seated immediately. At first, the restaurant was quiet with only a couple of tables occupied, but it soon became busier as our meal progressed. The decor is charming; the exposed brick walls feature some wood-panel accents, and the white-painted tin ceiling brightens up the dining area. Both of us chose different pasta dishes. My pomodoro was quite tasty, while my wife's entree didn't impress her as much. The wine selection was good, and the prices were very reasonable. While they provided bread, there wasn't the usual olive oil and vinegar for dipping. Although I'm not likely to find myself in the area for dinner again soon, I would gladly return for another meal if the opportunity arises.
