Feedback gevenOn Sunday to brunch and had a great time. It is a nice place to go if you are looking for French/American style Brunch. There was live jazz that was also excellent. I had the smoked Salmonier Benedikt and our table shared a French toast. Everyone was great. Also very enjoyed their freshly pressed orange juice.
Used to enjoy food and hang in this place, but this is the third bad experience we have with their food... the chicken cream soup on the picture speaks for itself.... And the sandwich wasn't much better. Personally, I don't go back there and only give the second star because the service is okay.
One of the best or probably the best restaurant I've ever visited. The food is just perfect. We went there as a Sunday brunch. The boss, Theo, welcomed us by himself and gave us free boss gift. The Greek salad was amazing and I ordered an extra for taking. Omelets, pancakes and waffles were very good. The restaurant offers international dishes and Ethiopian dishes. The boss has 36 years of experience in the United States including 2 Michelin Starts restaurants and came bakery to Addis to teach his home country what he has learned. I forgot to say that if you want to eat cheese, this is the only restaurant that offers cheese plate, since the boss is the one that imports them to Addis. It's a must for every guest to the Addis Ababa restaurant and I'm going back to him before I go.
Beautiful atmosphere and good food! The service is as slow as others mentioned. And at the weekend they have live music that is really cool, but with all the sounds that sound in place, you can really enjoy either the music or good conversation with friends. Like food, Egg Benedict, French toasts and chicken sandwich, chicken parmigiana etc... whatever you order, you will enjoy it. Hard to find a restaurant where all menus are decent like five breads:
Absolutely delicious meals, friendly and efficient staff, CONSISTENT The Sunday brunch is probably the best in Addis with live jazzy music from 11 to 2.
