TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEIf I could give it a 0 I would.Ordered dorilocos and the lady forgot to add ingredients to it and was way too spicy. She asked me how much hot sauce I wanted and she still added a lot. Went back to get a refund or a gift card for another time and they wouldn’t give me anything. Said that they weren’t allowed to do either things because it’s in the “rules” asked where the rules were to read through them and couldn’t answer the question… TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE the owner has 5 other stores and can’t afford a refund or gift card???

Today I had a delicious cup of fruits with Pina colada yogurt.

They are usually so great here but today I was not satisfied with my order. We ordered on Uber eats, we charged extra for extra cheese on our elote but only got a thin layer of cheese and like no mayonnaise just butter. And on our fruit cup we put in the notes to add only Tajin and lime but they proceeded to add chili powder instead. Was already having a hard day and this just brought me down even more

Staff very friendly , always with a smile and ready to serve you. Ice cream is sooooo good !!! , Everything is good . I highly recommend this place.
