Palmas Brasil - Addison

This restaurant is not even in the store, how can you accept a reservation for a restaurant that no longer works. I completely ruined my wife's birthday dinner. Thank God for Fogo de Chao in Addison that you immediately took us and built for the night. Very disappointed by OpenTable completely failed

First of all, this restaurant does not strike me as a true Brazilian restaurant. The meat servers did come often (the only thing good about it), and meats were relatively good but not astounding. When I asked for butter for the bread, Pedro,my waiter said we have none. I asked another waiter and voila butter on my table. The black beans and white rice were cold, as were the mashed potatoes. Lastly no weet platanos or flan available, a staple of the cuisine. This is an embarrassment. My next visit will be to Tejas de Brazil.

After almost a year an operation they still need to work on service. We ordered a bottle of wine, and they poured it without giving us a chance to taste first. Typically no big deal but it sounded like the cork had dried out. Turns out, the wine was the best part of the meal. Food quality particularly was sub par. Filet mignon tasted like it was past expiration. The house special Picanha was definitely not the best cut. Most of the meats were over cooked. Flank steak was delicious and the salad was good though. This was our second time there. We went when they first opened and wanted to give them a second chance. Probably won’t go there again

Amazing service. Great food. Great atmosphere!!! Overall, great experience. Would recommend to a friend!!!!!

Good food, but we dined early so not all of the meat's they usually serve seemed to be available.
