Tokyo One Sushi Grill - Addison

I've been a customer of Osaka Sushi ever since when they are still in Plano. First time to visit their new location here in Addison. Place is much smaller, although hospitality is still there. Fewer selections but food still great . With this pandemic we need to support all businesses. They have a strict protocol being observed.

Great food, super fresh. Yes it's a buffet, but they do it right by making sure everyone wears masks and plastic gloves.

Good food. Pricey if you're not a big eater. Really tasty quality sushi!

Food taste good, it use to be better choices but they cut off of so many items on the buffet. Over all great place for all you can eat Japanese food. I've been visiting this place for years now. Service is wonderful

As always the food was awesome! The variety of good will provide a good experience for all types of eaters whether you like sushi or just Asian inspired non-sushi food. The customer service here is top shelf too. They always treat us right. On this such occasion, we were celebrating one of our daughter's birthdays. When looking up the scheduled times on Google we knew that lunch lasted until 3pm. When we arrived at Osaka we were told that due to Covid lunch would only be until 2:30pm. However, when I expressed how we were unhappy how we wouldn't have enough time to enjoy our lunch the host told that me that we could stay until 3pm with no problem. The buffet did end at 2:30pm but we were told ahead of time by our server that we could grab our last plate. We were not rushed at all and were allowed to stay until we finished our meal at 3:10pm. They were very accommodating!
