River Valley Golf Course - Adel

Disappointing to see a local course go viral in the golf community because of poor course management at a High School State Championship meet. Those student athletes deserved better. I hope there is accountability and this course really does not deserve premier meets until it can show it can host meets with integrity the game deserves.

River Valleys Course is in bad shape. Good luck finding any of your balls off the tee box. Grass is extremely long every hole. I felt as if I wasted $50 on a poorly maintained course. If you don’t drive onto the middle of the fairway every time good luck finding your ball.. you won’t!

Great place for family golfing! The staff is super nice and so helpful and the food was very good also! The island hole is my favorite!
