CAVERS ACCOMODATIONON ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF BEDFORD IS A KAROO EXPERIENCE IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN. THE LONG DRIVE-WAY CULMINATES IN A SERIES OF BREATHTAKING GARDENS WHICH LINK THE VARIOUS BUILDINGS OF GUEST ACCOMODATION. LUSH LAWNS ABOUND BORDERED BY BEDS WITH A GALAXY OF BLOOMS AND MARVELLOUS SHRUBS. THE ACCOMODATION IS COMFORTABLE AND INVITING WITH EVERY NECESSITY THOUGHTFULLY PROVIDED. EARLY MORNING COFFEE CAN BE ENJOYED OVERLOOKING TREE LINED PASTURES OF GRAZING SHEEP WITH THE GLORIOUS GREEN MOUNTAIN RANGE AS A BACKDROP. BOTH FASCINATING AND INSPIRING. THEN THERE IS TIME TO EXPLORE THE BEAUTIFUL GARDENS WHICH HAVE BEEN ENHANCED BY FIVE GENERATIONS OF THE SAME FAMILY.
My husband arranged our surprise wedding anniversary here. I did not expect to receive such beauty!! Rose gave us a warm welcome, the hike was breath taking, the swim was refreshing and our breakfast was just amazing!! Thank you Rose and staff for making a memory that will last forever and sharing your blessing!
Oh what pleasure for me and Jeanette to go back to 'Cavers ' after a two year break. The tranquility of this 5th generation guest house in the most sumptuous award winning garden setting can only be appreciated when you wake up overlooking the lush gardens. Spending time with our daughter Natasha taking a break from filming the second series of 'DAM ' was a real bonus for these proud parents. If your looking for tranquility, healthy breakfasts and relaxing around the pool with a candlelight supper on the agenda then look no further than this gem on the fringe of Bedford hidden away in the beautiful Eastern Cape. You might even bump into one of the film stars of 'DAM ' as you enjoy cocktails at the new five star Duke of Bedford or a frothy cappuccino and cheese cake at 'The Apprentice '.
We were pleasantly surprised by this guest farm. The gardens are exquisite. The staff extremely polite and courteous. We will recommend the accommodation and food without a blink. A true gem for the Eastern Cape
Rozie and her warm, wonderful staff made our overnight stay at Cavers absolutely stunning. The guest house has a beautiful stone restored exterior with impressive high ceilings and period correct furniture and finishes. A step back into 1820 settler time nestled in the Cowie Valley of the Eastern Cape! I will definitely be returning...but for a lot longer stay! Thank you Team Cavers! Unforgettable!
