Feedback gevenI went here hoping to have korean bbq, but was turned away when they didn't allow individuals. nothing on the website or menu say at least 2. so disappointed.
At some point the worst Korean bbq came in Australians eating in tiny portions that felt sick after two pieces meat gave them $100 and they were not happy, so gave another $50 and let me trust that all reviews say that this place is good. are only related this is pathetic! I hardly bought 20 dollar meat
No greeting customer. after 45 minutes. the worst place ever, the owner turned off often without apologies while my eating still cook.
I went to eat with my partner, the service and the food were terrible. first was the rice of yesterday's old, which was served dry and cold. as an experienced hospitable person it is understandable to have old rice, but at least try to rehydrate the rice...and not serve cold! the flesh was an absolute sweat, literally like gum or garbage, if I should be honest. the soups were watery, with literally the smallest over ingredients they can find in all the water. it looks completely different from the menu photo with literally 1/5 from what is accepted to be served. I found a hair and scourer (steel wool,) that are used to clean dishes in my flesh. that is 100% a safety risk that should not be at any distance near food. the owner constantly turns the height of the heat to the lowest because it “too much smoke” I have never been in a kbbq that does not exhaust or fans to take away the smoke! in my opinion, they are just stingy people who want their customers to spend longer time in cooking instead of saving money. it's all they eat buffet, I pay money to eat not see my meat cook! I personally put up the heat so that my flesh is carburized so that it does not taste as if it were burned in water. as we serve for 2 or more, it will always serve as a single, this business is the absolute worst restaurant I was living in my life. the toilets are not cleaned with some vomiting looking substance in the toilet bowl when I went to use it, not rinsed. the Korean boss should be ashamed of him himself trying to cut time when we were only 70 minutes there, he tried to say we had 10 minutes left and put raw meat on top of our no meat! a person with a healthy sense of humans and a restaurant does not know to put raw meat on the cooked meat under no circumstances. he said that we greedy for ordering too much to eat and not eat, so that he paid $9.90 per on our bill that was $105.60 for a 2 person kbbq buffet. first his not honest about the time we had left, and secondly he does not know how to handle food safely. I wouldn't recommend eating at this place unless they want food poisoning.
Hands down one of the best Korean barbecue places around. Don't be fooled by the basic decor but go for the meats. Almost all the meats are excellent, our favorites are the galbi and the pork belly, the teriyaki chicken and japchae (glass noodles) are...a hit with the kids, while the spicy bulgogi is sure to get your tastebuds excited. The beef bone soup is absolutely amazing. However, the bibimbap is just kinda average which is probably one of the only downsides here. Highly recommended.
