Frothers Cafe Allenby Gardens

The service at this restaurant was slow, my coffee order was incorrect, and my breakfast of eggs and bacon was disappointing. The bacon was overcooked and dry, the chorizo was burnt in places, and the eggs lacked flavor and had too much salt. The orders were not fulfilled in succession, with my coffee taking over 20 minutes and my meal even longer. The person seated next to me arrived after me but received her coffee before I did, with no explanation for the delay. There were many takeaway orders being processed, causing long wait times for customers inside the restaurant. I believe the owner should have offered a partial discount for the poor experience.

The wait was very long and the service was extremely slow. The customer service definitely needs improvement.

The restaurant offers amazing service and expertly crafted dishes, with options for both vegetarians and vegans. The fresh juices are exceptional, and every aspect of the meal shows a great attention to detail.
