They enjoy their Yam Cha in the frame of the gouger street yum cha street party. friendly staff and generous portions. the first few portions were stellar and tasty, though some were dominated by battery and oil, and would have benefited from a little more attention. table and atmosphere were good. I love to try again in 2019
Went as friends invited me along for dim sum. It was packed at 12pm. Food wasn't that great. Often we had to order the dishes we wanted instead of waiting for the staff to being them around. Service is lacking.
Absolutely atrocious service and horrible, cold food. The staff only served their own first other Chinese people), leaving my family waiting for hours. At least 3 Chinese groups who arrived AFTER us already ate 3 courses and left, and we hadn't even recieved entrees yet! They finally brought ONE dish, which was the BBQ meat dish my mum and I ordered to share. We tried one bite and it was COLD. After waiting even longer, they didn't even bring out the vegetables we ordered to eat with the meat...NOR the entree my Aunty ordered. So we just got up and left. So disapointing. : We will never go back.
Just a warning to everyone. There operating hours say 10am on Sundays but they don't open their doors at 10:00am. We needed a early start and was there at 10:00am and doors were not open. This is the time their staff start to show up.. Would not recommend... Star House which is next door, opens at 10:30am and their staff are there at 10:00am preparing to open at 10:30am. Bad management.
