I think the reviews are a bit harsh. Yes its not chianti up the road but its not charging like it either and not trying to be. It is what it is and I love the club sandwich and service

The food here is great value and very tasty, the service is always excellent and with a smile.

Disgusting. waited for over 25 minutes for my eier benedikt served with spinat instead of ham, out of any reason (I thought they were out of sink.) I ignored this fact and urged, I don't make any florentine anyway (also on their menu.) the muffin must have been roasted for all 30 seconds, the Hollandaise sauce that was horrid I barely let a van and nothing else be done, and to discourage myself. with a bottle nippy 's abi as high point, it was the worst $18 I' spent on food in my life.

I think the owners have read the reviews and upped their game. The service was very attentive and the food quite good. I enjoyed the coffee as well.

Are rarely open and almost never have seating set up outside even though there are always tables. Good place for a take away coffee when you're on the go if you can catch them during whatever operating hours it is they keep.
