The vindaloo there was always packed with flavor and the perfect level of spice - just enough to make you break a sweat but not overwhelm your taste buds. The naan bread served on the side was always fresh and fluffy, perfect for soaking up the delicious sauce. Overall, "Spice of India" was my go-to spot for satisfying my Indian food cravings in Adelaide.
The food at this restaurant is outstanding, with authentic Indian flavors that are simply delicious. I love the home-cooked style of the dishes.
I would rate Little India as a three-star restaurant. The last time I visited and ordered a curry, the staff gave me some complimentary samosas, which was a nice touch.

Your host, Geeta, has a long history of Indian restaurants in Adelaide, and now, her lunch cafe brings the restaurant quality and flavour of Indian street food as well the standard menu fare to Pirie Street for the lucky lunch crowd. Our visit was 'eat in' at the few tables available inside. We ordered the tasty vegetarian and non vegetarian Thali which was great value for money, as well as tender, full of flavour Panak Chicken. The serve was generous, and, as it was so delicious we ate it all! You won't be disappointed.
