There is so much to see here!! It's looks so tiny from the outside but there's such a variety of items to gaze at.
Chicken and bacon baguette was what i ordered. Although the place was very busy, I did not have to wait for too long, however it came without the necessary cutlery, which I had to ask for. They were extremely busy, though, the good food made up for it! The cappuccino was very nice, too. On the right hand side of the cafe are displays of the skeletons of marine giants, setting the mood for the subsequent, or reminding of the just completed museum visit.
A bowl of soup nade on the premises, some delicious bread, and a pot of tea gave me a satisfying lunch. Checked my email (free wi-fi) and relaxed before returning to the museum for more wonderful art.
It’s inside the museum with comfortable seating outside as well and it’s open during the day. We went for a light lunch and sat in front of the skeleton of a Pygmy White Whale. The menu was quite classy but not pricey. We settled for the soup of the day served with a warm half baguette. The soup was delicious. Tomato and red lentil, slightly spicy, seemed like cumin, and it came with a garnish of basil and crunchy pine nuts. The service was quick and friendly.
