Classic sausage roll good.size, possibly could go a bit more seasoning. Steak and mushroom pie was a winner.
I got there about 2.30 so I didn't have much choice, that's my fault, but boy oh boy what I did choose was still outstanding. The young lady who served me was friendly and helpful by offering me something else . I stuck with my own choice and I was so glad I went there. I had the Mexican cheeseburger pie. I have never had something like that and I was so tempted to go get another one. Next time I will go for a nice country drive and go there for lunch. Plenty of seating inside and out as well as car parking out the back and on the street. I can only imagine how busy it would be on the weekend. Highly recommend, as was I by a friend.
Best bakery ever! Can't beat Pik A Pie for their quality or their prices. We regularly head here in a weekend or just stop by on our way through Meadows. Friendly staff and an extensive selection of delicious pastry
I tried a chicken parmi pie and a kangaroo red wine mushroom pie and they were delicious. Also had hot cross bun donuts and they were great too. Staff was nice and friendly helping me make the most of the available deals. 10/10 would eat here again.
Pik A Pie definitely lives up to its name. This place is amazing and a definitely top eats for Pie Lovers. They have so many different flavours made into pies that we bought a lot when we were on our way back to Melbourne. We visiting the Meadows store and the shop felt refreshed, the décor was bright and it felt new. Staff were very friendly at the time we visited which made us welcome within the shop. The range of pies they had was staggering, from Mexican Pies to Pizza Pies. Obviously we didn't try the more traditional flavours since I have never seen pies like these before. I myself am a pie lover and having trekked across both Australia and New Zealand looking for great pies, but I would have to say that Pik A Pie is in my top 5 pie shops. PIes were not only on their menu however, they had everything else like Eclairs, Cream Filled Donuts, Paninis (You can get them toasted) , tarts, breakfast croissants, Danishes, and various other delicious looking baked goodies. They also had both sealed beverages and made beverages such as Milkshakes, Coffees etc. Now I have an excuse to travel back to Adelaide, and next time, I would need a bigger esky.
