The first snag is 'lack of parking space '. Other than that, their food is tasty; room for improvement with service delivery. If planning on eating there, keep an open mind because they rarely have the basics on their menu. Overall, I would rate them a 7/10, it 's just 1 staff taking orders, clearing used plates and cleaning tables.
It's a great place to enjoy authentic local cuisine. We arrived a bit late, so the staff encouraged us to all share the same dish. I highly recommend the fish soup and the white soup.
The food is fairly average and a bit on the salty side, in my opinion. However, their customer service is outstanding. Overall, I would give it an 8/10.
I was shocked by how expensive the food was in relation to its quality and portion size. I ordered pounded yam, edikang ikong, and smoked fish for a total of 6,000 naira, but the portion of yam was as small as the soup. Meanwhile, a meal with semovita, egusi, and goat meat costs only 4,000 naira at Jevinik Restaurant, where the service and portions are much better. At Jevinik, a meal with smoked fish also costs 6,000 naira, but the soup is substantial enough to satisfy a grown man.
