I had this place for the first time yesterday and again today! The Rib Sandwich is amazing the meat just goes right off the bone and today the Brisket which also is so amazing. Its nice to see and have another Locally Owned place. If your ever in Adrian,MI give it a try

2.75 out of 5.Brisket sandwich.Too salty. Needs home made sauce. Not SBR.Needs better bread/bun. More smoke.Also... brisket should be sliced not pulled.Kind of pricey at 12 bucks.

First time at Jake's. Tri tip is WONDERFUL. Husband didn't care for the zesty coleslaw but he is rather picky about his coleslaw. Wish we could have gotten a dinner combo but they weren't available. I want to try the brisket, next time. I ordered baked beans but they didn't come in my order. They forgot to put them in. Too bad, really wanted to try them. Just make sure you check your order, before leaving the parking lot. Apparently, intercom is an issue because they input husband's Coke order, then deleted it. They did give it to him, at no charge. So that was resolved. Nice people, just need a little work on getting the orders right. Maybe, hire an extra hand. Sweet tea is just right. Don't change a thing on that.

Outgoing friendly and professional. The pulled pork combo is huge delicious tender perfect. The corn bread is do good want a little southern delight this is a must have...

By far the best BBQ smoked meat I've ever had!! 10 stars! Service is as great as the food! They provide fresh good fast!
