I had the worst restaurant experience of my life, at the adrian mi panera. In the midst of the worst kovids we went to pick up there because we trusted panera. the man who treated and packed my sandwiches had his mask around his neck. I went to the manager and complained. he accused me of lying!

I placed an order online for rapid pick up. When I grabbed inside my bag to get my sandwich, I found the wrapper was open and my chicken salad was dumped all over the bag and had made a mess. When I got what was left of my sandwich out of the wrapper, there was barely even enough chicken salad to fill half a sandwich. My bread was soggy from a pickle that had been left under the sandwich. Awful. Worst experience so far at Panera.
