Thomson Food Court & Bakery - Adūr

We went for a family dinner to Thiruvalla Thomson Restaurant and they guided us to a inside party hall area where only one staff was there to assist so many customers. Orders were taken so slowly, but that staff person alone was handling all customers...so it’s not at all his mistake. All main staffs were busy handling front area customers and we had very slow serving of food. Food was ok, but this slow service made our visit little unimpressive.

Their positioning from a Kerala specific sweet shop to a modern bakery has been hurriedly done… they should have stuck to what they knew best Kerala delicacies and left the European stuff to professionals.

They are providing poor quality food compare to other restaurant and price also high.I never recommend to visit here.

Even though expensive good quality products. One of the best place to visit in Thiruvalla
