One was a NY Deli...not great either but all ingredients present. 2 bags of crips and 2 drinks...just shy of £16. A real rip off. When I complained I was told that they all come premade so they were unaware...ok that's alright then! Bread was doughy and industrial...absolutely nothing to like and a rip off to boot. Avoid at all costs.
It is so wonderful to see how this venue has turned things around in such a short space of time. Hats off to the new team who have worked through some difficult challenges and come out the other side. Really fantastic staff and a decent cuppa, to boot. Keep up the good work guy...
We went to Harris Hoole for drinks and a snack. Service was haphazard and the drinks were poorly made except for the ones already canned.
Friendly staff, very clean. Superb coffee their Mocha Coffee is the best I've ever had) great food freshly baked if needed. My favourite café.
I do like the coffee, but it is expensive for what you can get elsewhere. Sometimes it can be lovely and piping hot, others, warm. Not the way I like my coffee, especially if I've just paid £3.60 for it. I will not sit down in the cafe area itself because it's situated in the often chilly foyer of the Holmbush Centre. The high vaulted ceiling causes sound to be amplified, which plays havoc with my tinnitus. The staff that have served me so far have been very pleasant and friendly.
