Attendant was wearing an old uniform; the owner should pay more attention to the image of those who represent the company. They also lack training. The investment to stay in the mall and have a pleasant environment is too high to not pay attention to the basics. The place is beautiful and super cozy, but the service was lacking... I asked the same thing several times and there was no response from the attendant. But the Italian soda and snacks are delicious.
