La Nao - Agaete

Nice place this,its the first one you come to as walking from the Hotel Sol on the corner,with tables out side as are most of them.Good food too.

We ordered schitzel with mushroom sauce, but it tasted very much of curry. Also not real nice atmosphere, but overlooking the ocean. Would not recommend this place

The food is average and the service is okay. There are a lot better places to eat than this one on the island.

Strange mistake of TripAdvisor to put this restaurant in a totally different city on the other side of the island so it can’t be found unless via Google. Anyway, not remarkable food, the small squid and cuttlefish were fine but had a rather boring sauce on it. They were not over cooked so that was good, but the Atlantic sole was too dry. Too much oily dressing on the tropical salad. But they have a nice terrace at the beach and no complaints about the service.

La Nao offers a variety of salads, soups, and other dishes at decent prices. Do not expect any exceptionally culinary experiences while on the island. The coffee is quite good at this place.
