The chicken tikka masala was rich and full of flavour, and the mixed vegetables were full of Indian spices. The owner, Ali, was very attentive and very quick to respond to our questions about the paratha. All in all, it was an excellent meal at a reasonable price. Very highly recommended.
We visited for lunch on Wednesday, 14 August 2019 and were delighted with our meal. I had a spicy vegetarian curry, served with rice and Naan bread and my husband who is not a vegetarian ate Prawn Curry. This was the best Indian Food, I have eaten in France! If you love Indian food you will not be disappointed. The service was excellent and the Indian Rose Wine superb. At the moment, it is only open for 3 days a week, Wednesday Friday, lunchtime and evening. They have another restaurant in Montpellier, Le Rajasthan which is open 7 days a week.
The owner has had this place for 42 years... he's doing his best to keep it going but its basically a one man show. He makes a few meals which are the same, regardless what you pick from the menu but they are tasty. The owner Ali is in his 80s so go easy on him. Its a very pleasant place to sit down and enjoy the peacefullness.
