Near the castle of Agliè has a simple kitchen, maybe a little too much... The roast with polenta was very good. At lunch has 1 fixed menu from which you can stop mooooolto little!

Before visiting the castle of Agliè we went to eat in this restaurant under the arcades just a few steps from the castle. Small restaurant, very quiet and intimate. Few dishes, simple and good. We took 2 appetizers, a poker of hot appetizers consisting of flan, salted muffin, eggplant with mozzarella and tomato and salt cake with mushrooms and the other cod starter with polenta, really good. A first: gnocchi with chestnut sauce good but there was too much cream and contour potatoes in the oven very good. Right price.

To give visibility 'external and create a warmer and welcoming environment, to be close to an important site needs adequate premises, to recreate the style, to install double glazing so that the cold does not penetrate in the tables located in the proximity' of the showcase, to better manage the conviviviality'. These in my opinion are the points from which to start to improve, the kitchen is good, the wine of the house is great, the bases are there, to take care of the reception with furniture traceable to the site, to manage with more attention the clientele is the advice that I feel to give, it is not possible that on Sunday other places more ' distant from the castle are overhanging and this which is almost adjacent has empty tables!!
