So when we brought back our 3 full-seed boxes, vegetables and meats I was driven by two feelings, that of Bon, okay, it's super recommended, so I trust and I'm going. and frankly, why I made this choice, while a local fish cuisine, at last short... . We settle in the kitchen of our holiday home. I open the boxes. I'm putting them warm. A fumet is slowly released, then stronger and stronger. I remove the boxes, install the smoking plates at the places assigned to Mr. my Mari and p 'tit Choupi (6 1/2 years). And there... I'm in the tent, in the desert, it's hot (yes, given the weather this summer, I have a lot of imagination... , the Berbers are there with their shimmering clothes. No restaurant offering food to take away in the area, we fought on this couscous without enthusiasm. Nice surprise. Very nice, available and excellent couscous. Thank you.
