After placing our orders, we started with the calamari, a staple for us at most restaurants. It was just okay; the squid was occasionally tough and inconsistent, but overall it was acceptable. For our main courses, my fiancée ordered the linguini pescatore while I opted for the cioppino, adding linguini to my dish because I enjoy pasta. Both entrees were delightful, and we savored every bite. However, I did find my dish to be overpriced. While the flavors were distinct, they were similar enough that paying an additional $6 for my linguini felt unjustified. On a positive note, the table bread we were served was delicious—far superior to what we’ve experienced at many other places. A week later, we returned with family for another visit. I ordered the pescatore again, and it did not disappoint. Unfortunately, my fiancée’s mushroom pasta lacked flavor, and her mother's carbonara was not what we anticipated. For dessert, we decided to try the cannoli, which was our first experience with this classic treat. However, it didn't meet our expectations. The cream filling was just okay, but the shell was disappointing; it was hard as a rock instead of the light, crispy texture we had hoped for. It was a thick pastry that didn’t hit the mark. Despite these shortcomings, we still enjoyed our time at Vincitore for its pleasant atmosphere and menu options. It may not become our go-to place for Italian food, but it’s certainly a nice spot to relax and enjoy a meal with good company. We visited twice, and while one experience was great, the other was average. I would rate it overall at 3.5 stars, but I’d be willing to give them another chance on our next visit, aiming for a 4 out of 5 stars.

Visit from the state and had the most beautiful experiences. Great food and probably the best server I've ever had. I wanted to remember his name. He's a nice Spanish man. Give us the most amazing culinary experience.

The food was delicious and the service was extraordinary. We were looking for a good pasta place as we are from out of town and we found this Gem. Strongly recommend the Lobster Ravioli or the Fusili Scampi. Our server even brought my daughter a little cake for her birthday.
